Lead a team of architects across concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation stages, owning the quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
Set the design and technical direction for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the client brief, project vision, and Ldp+Partners' standards.
Plan and distribute workload across the team, forecast resourcing needs, and track progress against project milestones and deadlines.
Review and approve drawing packages, technical details, specifications, and material selections before issue.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and external consultants to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
Act as a primary technical point of contact with clients, project managers, and contractors during meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
Resolve design conflicts, clashes, and site technical inquiries, escalating only where decisions sit above the team level.
Run internal design reviews and technical audits, maintaining consistency in documentation standards across the team.
Mentor and develop architects at all levels through structured feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to bids, fee proposals, and project planning alongside the Principal Architect.
Support the continuous improvement of BIM standards, templates, detail libraries, and internal workflows.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree is a plus).
12+ years of experience in architectural design and delivery, including a proven track record leading teams on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (Egyptian Code, SBC, NFPA, International Standards).
Solid command of design development, constructability, material performance, and full documentation cycles.
Experience in hospitality and mixed-use projects is highly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership ability: delegating effectively, developing people, and holding a team to a consistent quality standard.
Strong client-facing communication and the confidence to defend technical and design decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
