Project BIM Architect

The Impact You’ll Make

Drive the digital delivery of projects by transforming design concepts into coordinated, data-rich BIM models—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless collaboration across disciplines while meeting project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage BIM models from concept through detailed design and construction stages.

Create, review, and coordinate architectural BIM models ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.

Collaborate with Architecture, MEP, and Structural teams to ensure clash-free, fully integrated models.

Prepare and extract drawings, schedules, BOQs, and documentation directly from BIM models.

Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and QA/QC procedures.

Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks or similar.

Support site teams with model-based coordination, RFIs, and technical clarifications.

Contribute to process improvement, automation, and BIM best practices.

Track model progress and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are communicated early.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

4–6 years of experience in BIM and architectural design within consultancy firms.

Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar tools is a plus.

Good understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good coordination and communication skills (Arabic & English).
